“World renown sculptor, artist, photographer and philosopher FROM NYC…”
Galleria La Corte Arte Contemporanea - Rosanna Tempestini Frizzi, Florence, Italy
I was born, raised & educated in a city where over eight hundred languages are spoken, NYC. I am an internationalist who believes art, especially public art has a social responsibility. My Art Studio in Tribeca, included a: darkroom, drawing space, painting room & sculpture areas, for different materials and sizes from small to monumental.
The concept of a series determines the medium: photography, sculpture, painting, installations or public art (Indoors or Outdoors). During a dream one night, a statue of pearls appeared. In the morning this creation of a larger than life-size pearl sculpture began. For me, the more personal the artwork is, the more universal it becomes.
